The Zidell family unveiled their vision for Portland’s South Waterfront this Thursday. The plan for the families 33 acres that stretches along the South Waterfront under the Ross Island Bridge includes;
2,600 residential units
1.5 million square feet of office space
a grocery store, a retail anchor
a 200-room hotel
a public plaza and a waterfront greenway that includes recreational access to the Willamette River.
The first phase is tentatively scheduled for completion in 2023 and new construction is slated to start in fall 2018.
