The Zidell family unveiled their vision for Portland’s South Waterfront this Thursday. The plan for the families 33 acres that stretches along the South Waterfront under the Ross Island Bridge\u00a0includes;<\/p>\n

2,600 residential units<\/p>\n

1.5 million square feet of office space<\/p>\n

a grocery store, a retail anchor<\/p>\n

restaurants, parking<\/p>\n

a 200-room hotel<\/p>\n

three parks<\/p>\n

a public plaza and a waterfront greenway that includes recreational access to the Willamette River.<\/p>\n

The first phase is\u00a0tentatively scheduled for completion in 2023 and\u00a0new construction is slated to start in fall 2018.<\/p>\n
