  Earth Day is on Monday, but you can celebrate a few days early this weekend at the Earth Day Brewfest and 5K Fun Run hosted by Stickmen Brewing in Tualatin. Participants can walk, jog or run, then enjoy beer from several breweries. Tickets are $36 plus fees. Tasting tickets, a $5 food voucher, and a collectors pint glass or seasonal swag is included with registration.<\/p>\n

    It\u2019s the 31st year of Hortlandia this weekend at the Portland Expo Center. Put on by the\u00a0Hardy Plant Society of Oregon<\/a>, there will be plenty of vendors offering new and time-tested plants. Specialty garden art vendors will also be on hand. Admission is free. Parking is $10.<\/p>\n
