<\/a><\/p>\nBy PDX People<\/span><\/p>\n Coffee is one of those things in Portland Oregon that\u2019s as important as beer and Joe Nazir understood this immediately when he first visited here in the 90\u2019s and ultimately opened this ToV coffee<\/a> bus.<\/span><\/p>\n Located at SE 32nd & Hawthorne Boulevard, Portland, OR 97214. <\/span><\/p>\n The bus alone brings in people by default on a daily basis because few people have ever stepped foot on a double-decker bus but, it\u2019s the real Egyptian coffee that keeps them coming back.<\/span><\/p>\n Joe’s family immigrated to the United States in the late 1990\u2019s and ultimately settled in Portland where he finished high school and went to college in the area.<\/span><\/p>\n Nazir fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and couldn\u2019t get Portland out of his mind after he graduated from college. His love for the city brought him back to PDX.<\/span><\/p>\n He soon began investigating the possibility of opening an Egyptian style coffee shop here due to thanks to Portland\u2019s love affair with coffee.<\/span><\/p>\n Opening a coffee cart was a possibility but Joe wanted more than just an average cart, he wanted an actual coffee shop on wheels and that led him to his double-decker bus which he found online for sale in Portland.<\/span><\/p>\n The bus was an old tour bus from the San Diego area and he automatically knew that it would be a good fit for his coffee shop idea since most coffee houses in Portland wouldn\u2019t be nearly as unique.<\/span><\/p>\n Pronounced \u201cTOE-v\u201d, which also means beautiful<\/a>, Joe\u2019s coffee shop on wheels immediately took off and has attracted coffee lovers from around the PDX<\/a> area.<\/span><\/p>\nAbout Joe Nazir<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n
